Heptapod is the name of an alien creature in the movie Arrival. They have their own language system, and linguists Lewis and Ian try to communicate with them.

Heptabod B is the title of the soundtrack of Heptapods in the movie. After transcribing the sound as it was heard, I attached it to the vinyl. I wanted to create the effect of listening to the soundtrack visually without sound through vinyl and letters that make bizarre movements with an air injector. I thought about the relationship between spoken words, language, meaning, and movement.
